I thought Eddie looked pretty good when he came on, weird after that game to decide to go in hard on him of all the players who put in abject performances. If you want to be critical it should be towards Arteta for brining on someone who's got no future here ahead of several others who do.

Quincy won't like to hear this but he's better than Greenwood

Five goals in some 300 minutes this season, vs Leeds Wimbledon and Sunderland

Greenwood has five in 1200 vs Leeds Soton Wolves and Young Boys

He'll do a Mavropanos, go to the Bundesliga for nothing tear shit up there and return to England in a couple years for 60m.

I don't think that's really true, this season he has created more than he has scored. He looked terrific on the wing in preseason. In the U23 he always combined well too. His skillset is more like Eduardo's than Jeffers's in my opinion.

Eduardo is actually a good comparison.

I think Nketiah has improved considerably since last season. Overall game is much more polished, passing, hold-up and link-up play is better and he looks a fair bit quicker and stronger in his last few appearances.

Merson said in the post-Sunderland analysis that he understands that Eddie wants to play, but he'd advise him to stay with us for a couple more years and not rush things with a move. Hope Eddie takes his advice.

If it wasn't for Lacazette's surprising patch of form, he'd be making a serious claim for a spot in the PL first XI as well.

Eddie did well last night but still not good enough imo.

Most of his goals have come against inferior opponents (I.e last night).

If he doesn’t get in the box he offers little to his game.

He would be good at a Palace or a Southampton.

I used to think Jones didn't rate Greenwood, but now I'm hearing that as long as he reaches Nketiah's current level within the next two years he's on track to tearing up the Bundesliga.

I think Eddie’s miss v Everton was really shocking. Those are the kind games you need to make a real difference, not Dunkirk in the EL.
