Well we already have normally sane middle class (?) people on here calling other people garbage and hoping they die alone, as well as a call for the re-introduction of the guillotine, so I imagine those who are in worse circumstances and with access to arms ,could be inspired to do all kinds of damage and follow leaders who act in the worst faith.
If people in general will be this quick to turn on each other, to create more "others" and more enemies then we could be in trouble.
So far here I haven't seen any signs that people's fear, frustration and , let's face it in some cases boredom, has turned into the type of anger that will lead to communities turning on each other.
I'm hopeful that it won't, the majority of people are decent and kind despite what the headlines say.
