I think the atmosphere, sense of purpose, and general malaise at Arsenal is a huge part of the problem. I don't see half these kids becoming what they are now (which isn't all that, mind you) if they stay here. With Arteta, we have a chance at getting Nelson back. Martinelli is special, don't think it matters where he plays, really. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if Bennacer told us there was no chance in hell he'd come back to Arsenal at such a crucial point in his career.
