With less than 24 hours to go here are some of the major deals in the works-
The negotiations between Juventus and Borussia Dortmund for Emre Can go on . The Germans have been pushing hard in the past few hours. The bianconeri are convincing themselves to let him go. The total offer of the Gialloneri is around 30 million euros. The German footballer would move on loan for two million euros with an obligation set at 26 million more than the bonuses linked to the goals of the team and the player. This is the most concrete hypothesis, but it is still to be defined in detail.
The last hours of the market are very demanding for Milan which, after the sales of Piatek and Rodriguez, saw the Matias Viña deal with the Nacional jump . From one young to another, therefore, because Alexis Saelemaekers, 20-year-old Belgian midfielder from Anderlecht, will definitely arrive in the Rossoneri . The company wanted him strongly as a young and ductile profile, capable of holding multiple roles, including the full-back of the future.

Carrasco seems to be on his way back to Atletico.
He shouldn't have left to chase the money in China in the first place.
Barca made him travel and then pulled the plug on the loan....
Barcelona and transfers is always a clusterfuck of unimaginable proportions. United are run professionally compared to these guys. I know the Richarlison rumours were bullshit, but it's the kind of thing you believe the'd be capable of if they found 100m in their back pocket.
they still seem to have a thing for willian as well.
they really have taken messi for granted in the last 3-4 years. he's the only thing that's kept them respectable
I don’t know if it’s that they’ve taken him for granted or failed to adapt to having to actually play the transfer game well after benefiting from one the greatest academy crops in football history.
I think it is a bit of both those factors.

I'd add a fair measure of player power in the mix just for good measure.

Weird striker. Very good goalscoring record but no clubs seem to benefit from him as a striker. Pure poacher and nothing else
David Ornstein Hearing West Ham have agreed a £22m deal (£14m + £8m add-ons) to sign Hull City forward Jarrod Bowen.
This is the kid we had links to last summer. He is having another good season, I think he would do well in the PL.
Emre Can's move to BVB could collapse. The player has lucrative offers from Arsenal, Spurs & PSG. [@sport1]
I would like him here.
Update: Cedric has passed his medical and the move is set to be wrapped up this morning, @standardsport are reporting.

Reason for the negotiation troubles are his wages. He's on 180kpw apparently, I like him and he's a decent bloke but not worth that much.
I also like him if you're talking about Can, but had no idea he was on such a ridiculous salary.
free transfer
I guess it depends how important it is for him to get playing time over wages.
He's an awful player.
We still have a 4th loan spot available(?) = we need someone who can cover Torreira and/or Xhaka.
Don't want Can, another square peg who is no longer dynamic enough to adapt to different midfield positions/requirements.
Don't see him working well alongside any of Xhaka, Torreira or Guendouzi.

AMN says hi
Barcelona sign young Portuguese forward Trincao from Braga. Reportedly a fairly versatile forward who can play upfront or on either wings.
He will join them at the start of next season.
The transfer fee was 31 million.
