  • Official: Mikel Arteta is the new Arsenal manager.

VVD looked busted post injury. him rolling back the years at 33 is perverse

Sicario2 - Tier 1 it depends. If Liverpool keep up their current form all season it'd be hard to criticise anyone for not catching them. However if we keep up our form to date for the season there will have to be questions. We are currently on course for 75 points, thats not good enough, we have to improve.

Burnwinter playing for contracts. Hopefully the both sign with foreign clubs in January and take the foot off the gas.

Listening to pundits. Apparently Rice had taken 19 corners before Arsenal. He’s since taken 90. Arteta and Jover have added a layer to a fantastic player

Was it Michail Antonio who was talking about his ball striking technique last season?

Hits them with a nice amount of top spin. Saka has a good delivery too albeit slower flight but flatter with more side spin

We've scored 15 goals in the last 2 weeks and people out there calling us Stoke, they ridiculed us for years for being soft and pushovers and now they can't take it.

If you look at the top 5 top corner scorers in Europe, you have Leverkusen who almost won the Invincible treble and City in the top 5. It's clearly something other top teams also thrive on. The fact that we are better than everyone else at it should be applauded, but even our own fanbase find it worth criticising.

        Claudius

His and Saka's corners got me thinking how they could be just as good scoring freekicks, but then I realised, I don't recall the last time we had a fucking freekick (in a central position), let alone who our freekick taker was, not to mention when we last scored one. Have we even been given a freekick this season? (I mean one that was taken centrally, rather than out wide where we crossed it in.)

daredevil I've seen people who think we should be scoring more open play goals. I have not seen people say we should score fewer goals of any type.

Its coming up to his 5th year anniversary at Arsenal in a couple of weeks. One piece of silverware to his resume.

Would he have survived if he was at United?

Lolz, as if United are the model anyone should be following at this point! 😂

Segway you would think they'd have learnt a thing or two having been lost in the wilderness for the past ten years. Brain dead.

SimplyThePest they are a weird fanbase. I saw their post match thread and some of them saying they didn't lose to us. Was an even match without set pieces. Most don't mind losing to us because we only scored from corners.

            Like it doesn't count lol
