Gibbs was decent on the ball and had reasonable pace and was good one on one defensivley with players running at him. But consistently terrible in the air and had genuinly no idea what was going on around him. As soon as he had to come inside to defend he'd look lost and we'd concede. Teams were targeting him as a weakness and the standard tatic against us was becoming oposition strikers would go to his side and they'd just thump long balls at us down that flank as gibbs would loose out in the air and be easily out muscled an their striker would build the attack from there. We had to get rid eventually. It's no great suprise he's doing well in the championship now he wasn't awlful. Nacho had 4x the brains and was 4x better in the air.
