Yeah, I think you can see why Zidane played him so little. It's not because of a lack of talent but because he's a bit lethargic. It doesn't help that he, similar to Guendouzi, needs to learn how to think and act more quickly either. You rarely get the feeling that they know what they're gonna do with the ball before they receive it. It's a tall ask to tell someone to add pace to their football, but you can definitely get quicker in your mind. Guendouzi has already improved a little in this respect.

Emery should consider compensating traveling fans for this swill. People have travelled far to sit in the rain in the middle of the afternoon in a half empty stadium so they can watch us without a shot on target after 75 minutes
