I respect that. But I think we need to have a balanced portfolio of players. We have a ton of young players. They're not all going to come through. We need to fix the squad so that we have proper mid to late career high end players in key positions across the field to help create a strong core, and then we can fill out the squad with the best kids. Right now the midfield is just kids and mediocre mid career players. It's off. At the very least, the mid career players need to go. And if it means we can get great players immediately, I am not averse to getting rid of either Willock or Douzi as well
