Still not true Kroos was never mobile not at Madrid Bayern or Leverkusen. Ceballos issues have nothing to do with mobility they're related to his instinct of holding on to the ball for too long initially, that should be rectified when the season goes on a bit and there is better understanding of his team mates off the ball movement and obviously his team mates actually providing any - e.g. he looked better when Willock was there who's more mobile than Xhaka and provides an out.
Ceballos is fine he needs to change nothing, not like there were any clear chances to transition and he messed them up by dithering or laziness.
