But seriously, he did tweet about Zaha and Pépé. Earlier in the window he tweeted about Andersen, Praet, Frazer etc.

Just surprised he hasn't been told to rule it out if it's definitely off and also didn't jump on and say we were interested when it was clear from reliable sources that we had made a bid. He likes his "as others have said" or "as per others" these days, but not a word on Upamecano.

No doubt just me wishing.

The story is that Dybala wanted some fees/image rights paid amounting to £12m, Spurs didn't want to pay it and Juve probably decided it wouldn't be worth it if it came out of their end. Essentially the same reason it broke down with United.
