I get your reasoning as with Nico (as per Pepe's request) providing the width on the other side, there's no urgency in having Kola at LW.
Our LB staying back will help stem crosses into our box from that side of the pitch as Xhaka is not providing help against wingers or flying FBs.

Agree with Qs. We really struggled with width, creativity and spontaneity. The things that bedevil Captain. I think if Pépé is in form, he will be the first name on the team sheet in a 433. Makes us dangerous on both the counter, and penetrating packed defenses.

The only thing I’m nervous about is the number of good players in attack and at 10 and 8. There is a risk that we spend the first 2 months tinkering and not finding form. Would be good to quickly settle on a preferred Premier League lineup even if it means bruised egos for guys like Iwobi and Ozil.

Take the sensationalism out of it, and it's just a case of big Nico getting a bit of Premier League conditioining to catch up to the rest of the squad and PL widemen. Look how jacked Zaha is, for example, in comparison.
