100% should have been a pen, no could argue that in good faith. Just ridiculous that they can't over turn such blatant mistakes from the ref.
The Spurs goal went to VAR to be checked and then they flashed up "No Goal" on the score board/screen but the ref gave the goal. Loads of speculation as to what went on there on TV after, they reckon the ref might have heard the message wrong. I think it should have been disallowed but its not as blatant as the penalty call.
