Just seen the highlights from the Norwich game. Their confidence in transitioning the ball from defence to attack when under pressure was very impressive. Even more so given how many players they had out. They are very fun to watch.
Wolves are just on a bad run and will come together at some point. Expectations on them were far too high for a team that only got promoted last season. Throw in the Europa League games which also affected Burnley in a similar way and their current travails are not so surprising. Manager deserves some time to turn it around. Never thought teams like them and Leicester would be consistent enough to break the top 6 this time, but they have sufficient quality to trouble any of the big teams in the head to head.
Glad to see players like Tammy Abraham and Mason Mount seize the opportunities they are being given. The pressure is more so on Abraham as a striker as it so rare for academy prospects to be given the chance in lone CF position in the Premier League. If they fail, the expensive imports are back in the team. If he makes it count, the outlook for other promising forwards around the country such as our Eddie will hopefully get better.
