Yeah I'd say someone forgot to turn it on or take a covering off one of the cameras or something. Possibly someone who'd been given a load of new duties relating to corona.
Still weird that VAR didn't pick it up when Hawkeye failed to. Maybe the VAR people are used to relying on Hawkeye and it's been so accurate that they're nervous to overturn the ruling.
