Doesn't quite work like that though, you become the plaything of the billionaire owner just like the rest of the Lego set. Mind you not saying it wouldn't be better than managing Spurs and having Daniel Levy fuck you twice a year.
Premier League 19/20
I think you’d rather be the plaything of the billionaire with the prospect of seeing Havertz and Sabitzer walk in the door in the next few years. And that £19m... that’s hazard pay for dealing with whatever bullshit might come your way courtesy of petulant billionaire. In 3 years, he makes what he could’ve made in 10 years at Spuds. He can retire and become an olive farmer.
Not so sure about the Pochettino links.
From what I read, Benitez is still the favorite to come back and take charge once/if the Saudi buyout is complete.
Incredible. This article doesn’t go into the origins of this service - that it germinated from the diplomatic row between Qatar and other gulf states. Saudi allowed it to be formed to hurt BeIN sports which has since payed off hundreds of workers due to declining revenues. I bet the service gets canceled and Newcastle becomes Saudi owned. This is a good time for Premier League to use its leverage.
I don't think it would be that easy. For it start it would be an admission of guilt. Secondly there's no guarantee that another 'service' wouldn't just go up. Thirdly, I doubt BeIN sports, one of the PLs biggest customers, would be satisfied.
Its back on. June 17th restart date being reported

Struggling to feel bothered about the return of footy, might change closer to the actual time.
Really wish it wasn’t coming back.
I’m not overly interested in the resolution of the season. But I like the fact that our young stars have valuable minutes. Focus should be on them.
I've always been desperate for the season to be finished, even if it means Liverpool getting their league title. Whats the point of it all otherwise?
Has there been any news on what will happen with loan deals, expired contracts and the transfer window?

There is no point to football, it just goes on every season, what makes this season so important that it needs to be finished?
