Kind of hard to think about it that way, given that United mopped up all the best players not named Le Tissier and Shearer. I'll give it another think and edit it then.
Also given that most of this century United were our sworn enemies, it's a weird criteria. It basically comes down to liking someone like Rashford who's good now but harmless to the world given their shit state

Trashford is also a diving rat. Only reasonable choice for United is Clarence', someone like Di Maria who's on record telling people to switch the channel these days when he walks into a room with a United game on the TV.

Or maybe we shouldn't even have to choose for some of these teams. For Spurs I chose Klinsmann whose career can never be defined by one year spent in that hell hole.

I guess a serious answer would probably be Shay Given or Alan Shearer but, while they're the two stand out players for Newcastle, I don't particularly like them.

Man united - Beckham, he’s alright as a character compared to his peers at the time.
Liverpool - Suarez, I have to admit, I’ve always loved him as a player.
Arsenal - Henry
Chelsea - Zola, too classy for those guys.
Man City - Aguero, loved him as a striker.
Spurs - Modric, good player, think more of Madrid than I do Spurs.
Everton - Cahill, modelled my heading game on him
Leicester City - Kante, I couldn’t vote for the Chelsea version
Newcastle United - Shearer, he’s so magnificently dull that you end up finding it endearing.
West Ham - Meh, a young Joe Cole maybe? I would have said Di Canio but the whole fascism thing was a deal breaker
Leeds - ugh, I cant. THAT side was awful.

Yeah the fascism thing was something but I liked him as a footballer. If you wouldn't take Di Canio, surely you wouldn't pick Suarez and his racist antics would you?

The current one? I don’t really know any of them other than Bamford and that’s only because I know he got in Eddie’s way.

But Bowyer (who my brother went to school with and is known to be a prick, and potentially a racist one), Smith, Viduka, couldn’t stand any of them. Maybe Kewell, but he chose Liverpool so I have to hold that against him.
