I think that's a jaded view of what Liverpool are offering. Sure, they're not playing beautiful football like peak Barca and City, but they're doing far more than running harder than other teams.
They have a clearly identified system that relies on an amazing CB and DM to free up their fullbacks. In turn, they're playing five across the front line much like City and Barca, which enables their wingers to play more like forwards in the channel. I don't actually think their front five work that much harder than an average team because they're playing with such a high line.
And if you want to talk art/skill.....Mane/Frimino/Salah have plenty of that.
I think only their midfield is where you can pinpoint a clear emphasis on working harder, and who doesn't want that out of their midfield?
