YounGunner, I think your assessment of Nasri is a bit harsh. He worked hard, got to the ball, demanded the ball. The final pass and finishing just didn't work for him.
However, I do sense that on any given Sunday, we have multiple players not playing anywhere near their best level. That has to come down to the manager. We should be careful about blaming the players for things that appear to stretch amongst multiple players. Yes, they have a responsibility to work hard and earn their big pay checks, but if many of them consistently look undermotivated and off the pace, then you need to look beyond them. So you get rid of Nasri, and bring in Hazard, for example, without changing anything else. In May 2012, I can assure you that you will be saying "Hazard is a spineless coward of a player"
