To be fair, I'm not going to defend Theo much because he was underwhelming for much of his time here, but he was a very good wide player for about 3 or 4 seasons before he snapped his ACL. And Martinelli would bite your hands off for some of the numbers he posted during those years.

I think Martinelli looks ace personally. Rough around the edges due to playing at such a low level previously but there isn't much about his game that reminds me of Walcott.
Definitely agree with this though. He's shown intelligence beyond his years in pre-season. He should come on leaps and bounds with proper coaching too. And he's shown he's got great speed, too, even without the same kind of physical development as the other youngsters we have that are around his age. Might be a slow burner but I think there's potentially a very good player that will emerge after lots of hard work.
