I reckon it’s one of those things that grate when things are not going well but you love or can live with if we were playing well. I actually found Wenger sitting on his hands passively while we are dying on the pitch more grating.

I would say three but don’t think that’s realistic.

I'd love to know what sort of working structures Edu and Emery have. Does Edu sit down with Emery each week? Is Edu Emery's boss? Is he reviewing games with him? I'd be asking questions about structure, approach, consistency.

You'd have to think there'd be some pretty clear KPIs and KERs after the club has spent 150m.
In terms of what Emery said he wanted our play to be (protagonists, pressing etc) we look nothing like remotely resembling any of what he said.

Interesting dynamic there as Emery was Edu’s boss at Valencia.

I don't think Emery answers to Edu or vice-versa.

Edu is responsible for the long term development of the first team and the first team coach is a part of that. I imagine he falls in between Raul and Emery in the hierarchy, but Emery is definitely bottom of the food chain, hence why both Mkhi and Iwobi are gone. There's no way you can convince me Emery would have given that decision his blessing.
