You asked if it was down to our players or our coaching that Norwich did it better than us, so he asked you if it was down to City's coaching or players that Norwich did it better than them. At least that was my interpretation.

I don't think Qwiss was being entirely serious. He was simply gently pulling Jazz's leg by mirroring his question as he didn't agree with what Jazz was implying which is pretty clear.

That's my thinking too. We will be much better at home yet again where we play with far more confidence and opposition teams are naturally a bit more wary. That's the way it has been for sometime now. Emery has to find a solution to our away performances and approach and given his history I think it is unlikely.

This squad has all the ingredients to even challenge for the title. That we're nowhere near points to major issues in how we're set up.

I don't think it does at all. City have better players in pretty much every department except striker.

Yeah challenge for title is pushing it but on paper we should be comfortably 3rd.

We badly need a CB, CM and LW

Yeah, to get CL and invest everything we can in three players in the summer is what I want for us now.

Feels like a mid 70s type of squad point wise. A quality manager and some luck could probably push that to low 80s.

Think we're some way off pushing the 90-100 point totals that Liverpool and city are capable of.

We do not have enough quality defensively so we are on that front nowhere near title contenders. Massive defensive transfers needed for sure.

I don't think we are at that kind of level yet, at least three top players and a top coach away from challenging them. City/Liverpool probably two of the best teams this country has seen, going to be another 90+ point season for both imo.

What do you base this on? Why is this squad good enough to challenge for the title? It surely can't be based off reality.

Yeah I don't think we are title challengers as yet, as there are still plenty of players with question marks, let alone having a cohesive tactical plan they can execute. However I do think the squad is good enough to finish 3rd.
That said the longer we struggle and lose confidence in our project, whilst the likes of CFC & others gain confidence and momentum, then the harder it becomes for us to do so.

We're starting Luiz and Sokratis at CB, have questionable FBs, and one of the worst holding mids in the league.

Don't let Auba and excitement about Pepe fool you, our team is mediocre.

Not to be churlish but it's kinda irrelevant if we score more goals. Agree that it's not a great indicator of success but it's also not proof of failure.
