From my watching Saliba at Saint-Etienne, the only parts of his game I would say could have been problematic for him coming into the Premier League, outside of his obvious lack of experience, are his poor ability to read the flight of the ball and then reluctance to attack it and use that 6'4" frame of his, and the fact that he is a little heavy footed, which makes him prone to being a little late sometimes in his tackling. Nothing that can't be improved on with coaching and also becoming a fully developed athlete though. He does like to throw his weight around and dominate his opponent - that's his style - maybe it would take him a while to adjust to knocking Premier League strikers around? I'm sure there will be a few big mistakes along the way with that way of facing big, strong and good PL strikers head on.
