Just watched the Old Firm derby. Lots of running. Decent game. Edouard is like a Lacazette with good aerial play. He has lots of good link up play with Elyounoussi the goal scorer. Was also good in the air. Didn’t find him particularly threatening as an individual specimen. But he’s a good all rounder

I hate it. The wait, the checks, etc they take too much away from the experience and for what? We still get bullshit calls, all its really good for really is offsides and they've made that as slow and arduous as humanly possible.

Wallwork (shit united player) just got done for assaulting a man who stepped on his white trainers. At least hes not assaulting women like many of his ManU team mates. Giggs, scholes, butt and phil neville have all been done for assualting women. I wonder how many of that team have either non reported assaults or pay offs that have setteled before court.

Calvert-Lewin and Watkins are both average, genuinely baffles me how anyone sees anything else while guys like Auba and Laca get dumped on.

Probably because they've both had much better seasons than Laca and Auba, especially the latter

But they haven't. Calvert-Lewin started well Pukki style but has 3 goals in his last 15 league games or something. Watkins scores a goal every 250 mins, far worse than Auba or Laca.

They've had good seasons by their standards and for their level. Our two have had poor/average seasons by their standards, but their standards are much higher.

It’s a bit the same thinking around how Edouard will save us. That kid has a tough start to the season. Is he really an upgrade to Lacazette or are we just tired of looking at Lacazette’s face? I’m all for refreshing the squad, but we need to be thinking guys like Odegaard all the time.
