The article states According to Gol - difficult to confirm from listening, insofar as the commentator speaks at the same time - Neymar, just after having denounced Alvaro's "racism" to the referees, would have called the latter a "puto maricon", whom one can translate by a little glorious "fucking queer".. So sounds like the slur came after the racism, again not right but you can understand Neymar losing his cool if the guy has been racist to him.
