Clrnc That's obviously Trossard's correct role. Trossard doesn't have anywhere near the mobility and stamina to do the job Martinelli does—even Martinelli can usually only manage it for a bit over an hour.
awooga83 I agree with you in theory. My wishlist for the summer was basically a prime age pass master at 6, then an Mbappé level left winger.
To improve at left wing we don't just have to be "better than Martinelli" or "better than Trossard". The player coming in has to offer something better over 90 minutes than the rotation of Martinelli, Trossard and Jesus. It's a very, very tall order considering Martinelli is instructed to play wide and deep for obvious reasons.
