Claudius I’m not sure that there is this wealth of strikers who will score more goals than Jesus while keeping everyone else equally productive.
Jesus hasn't made those around him productive. And he isn't productive. He has less goals and less assists than Eddie and he's played more minutes. Jesus is alright but he isn't an important cog that team depends on, he's a float half 9 that doesn't contribute close to enough in terms of end product and since he's come back from the world cup he's been a major issue.
But if it’s someone definitively better than Jesus and perhaps Martinelli/Saka at the forward roles
Of the 3 Jesus is by far, and I mean far, the easier to upgrade.
Just putting that out there because a lot of folks here won’t reconcile this need with the £80-100m investment that will be required.
Everyone thinks we need a £100m investment in the attack. Thats why we are linked constantly with £100m strikers.
