It's all pretty evident how it works. Øde sticks to the right and supports Saka, Eddie doesn't drift left or carry the ball to drag defenders around and create spaces as much as Jesus, and Zinchenko is also sitting further forward, contributing to this overall situation where Martinelli is both more isolated and has less space in which to operate on average.
Not sure if we should tweak anything tactically as these things are all happening for pretty solid reasons, but it might be worth starting Trossard and seeing if his slightly different balance of traits—little bit greater refinement on the ball, little bit lesser athleticism—suit the current more cramped and lonely conditions on the left slightly better. I don't think that's a given at all, I reckon we'd immediately see what we were losing from Martinelli's game too.
