Apparently it was only put in place for a fixed 3 season time frame which ended as of 30/06, and there is nothing to replace it so we revert back to the 'normal' domestic FFP.
I think it was relevant in Jan but even had it not ended our departures already have taken enough off for us to be able to make new signings.
As with just about everything else pointed out by SR the problem has & continues to be our own making and not any criteria imposed upon us by any governing body be it the FA or UEFA. It's the way we apply this archaic self sustaining self funding model that hasn't been overhauled since we made the decision to build in the late '90s.
