£40 Mn for Zaha considered a banter bid. What a world. I don't mind us really going after a player, even playing a little dirty, enough of being too nice as a club. Just doesn't feel right that it's for Wilfried Zaha.

We're gonna get him and get rid of some of the dross in the process.

Exciting. Make it happen Raul.

I would definitely not consider this a bargain at 40m. Just because Palace says he is worth something doesn't make him worth that much to others.

Yep. 40m is what he's worth to us, tops.

A frontline of auba, laca, and zaha with tierney and bellerin providing overlaps would to do damage in the epl

Looks like we're banking on zahas camp to force palace to the table. Could work,  or could backfire hugely

Classic Sanllehi Barca tactics. Just need Auba and Laca to force an Arsenal shirt on him.

I don't like the gutter.

Not that it makes much difference, but United get 25% of any sale minus the £6m Palace paid for Zaha. So 25% on any profit Palace make.

£40m plus Calum Chambers would mean United get £8.5m. I think that would be a good deal for us and for Palace.

Bet if we get Zaha we'll sell Laca.

Based on all the facts, I think we will get him. And he will prove to be a good signing.

What are we valuing Chambers at here? £30m plus Chambers would be loads. I like Zaha enough but £40m plus Chambers is about £60m worth. No way Zaha worth that, if we are entering that sort of price level we should be chasing Pepe.

I think it'd be a great deal for them too. With Kelly hitting 30 they're going to have to find a new centreback soon. Chambers is almost too good a fit for this deal to happen.

I reckon we aren't too keen on it though since we'd be giving away a £20-25 million player in addition to the transfer fee.

Yep, I'm a fan of Zaha but if we're going to spend £60+ million we need to look at the tier above him.

Then again it might be difficult for us to attract someone really good when we're out of Champions League for the third year running.

it would be nice to get a cm and cbs that don't suck over zaha. zaha and tierney on their own would be so stupid of us

There’s Carrasco, Malcom, Ziyech, Fekir all going for around £30m, £40m is respectable for a non English player.

Wilfred Zaha could be the new Rocky Rocastle.

Let’s make it happen. He will be as good as it gets for Arsenal 2019.

Chuck the £40mil at Ajax and bring in Ziyech.

Yeah 30m + Chambers should do it easily. Danny fucking Ings went for 20m today and hes a 27 yo cripple striker with ten goals and two torn ACLs in the last four years. We should charge 40m and buckle at 36m, not a penny less for the esteemed Fulham POTY who's followed in the footsteps of the likes of Bobby Zamora and Steve Sidwell

A dollop of Zaha and a dash of Nelson will add zest to our offense next season. No more predictability.

Ziyech won't even cost that much, he's being touted around for £25-30 million.

He's supposed to have a €25m release clause. But if he does you have to wonder why no one's activated it yet.
