Wan-Bissaka will boost them. His defensive attributes, particularly tackling, are stellar so he will immediately stabilize that section of the field. I’m just not confident that they will develop the squad rationally. Purchases such as Alexis never squared given the great talent they already had.
You need a coach, a good recruiting strategy, and money to win. United only have the 3rd component and they’re pissing it away.
