Sagna was one of the best right backs in the Premier Leagues history. You couldn't name three right backs in Europe in the last 20 years better defensively, aerial prowess like a centre back and barely let anyone past him despite playing with a striker in front of him if it wasnt for him Theo would've moved to Everton at 23 not 29. Wan Bissaka will do well to reach half his level and I actually rate him.

Exactly.

Sagna freed Theo to stay up field, and in turn our right flank was far more dangerous than it would have been with Theo playing more reserved to help an offensive fullback.

Give me Sagna + Theo going forward every day of the week over Eboue + Theo. I ran the numbers a while back, and I think Theo was scoring/assisting every other game (1 in 2) with Sagna behind him. When he was supported by other fullbacks that number dropped to 1 in 4 as he was pulled far deeper.

I think Aulas will get OL 70-80m euros for him in the end.

He will 60-65m Euros. The 80m is to tell Spurs to get fucking serious.
Can someone please buy Xhaka so that we can swoop in like hot boys at the club when a scrub is trying to get his mack on

Also as they've already sold Mendy for good money they're under no real pressure to sell him below what they feel he's worth. I know they're trying to sell Fekir as well so they'll probably hold firm until they get what they think he is worth.

I've had the feeling for a long while that Fekir is a bit of a dud. Whoever ends up with him will regret it if the fee is anything above £20-30 million.

I agree that they're under no pressure to sell Ndombele, Jazz. If Lyon are smart they'll hold on to him for another year or so. Tell him he can leave for Barca or Real next summer. The fee will be higher, the player will be happier.

Klopp has just signed Sepp Van Den Berg for £1.3m, looks quality.

Fekir would be worth a punt at a reduced price.

The problem is with significant funds being funnelled into Ozil and Mhkitaryan, you would have to get rid of one them.

As Meatwad would tell you, clubs sign players not managers.

True but Aulas has always struck as me as the type that if the price is right he'll sell.

From Ndombele's point of view going to Spurs won't exactly be an easy stepping stone for another top club. Spurs don't make it easy for their players to leave.

Never heard of him but all the reports say he is a quality player after Pool signed him

That's what happens when a team in form or on the up signs players. Just like every kid arsenal signed was supposed to be a wonderkid after the invincible/cesc

Juventus are masters of the free transfer.

He was excellent in some championship manager game I played recently.

He's been a free agent for a while and no one wanted to go near him though. Makes you wonder.

Juve always build such a good team with minimal resources.

Southampton sold Matt Targett for 14m. And people think we should accept an 18m bid for Chambers lol. Way off current valuations.

Kroenke could easily put in £60m and spread it over 3 years to get us Ndombele.

We have a shocking owner.

Depending how this season goes, I think we might finally see some action against him.

Yeah, he's a disaster to deal with; he fell out with Deschamps and then with PSG. I expect it to happen again when he's at Juve.

From what I have read PSG are no saints themselves in this whole Rabiot deal.

The previous sporting director, Henrique tried to portray Rabiot as being too greedy when Rabiot threw a fit after realizing that he was being paid in the same bracket as Choupo-moting and other bench warmers at PSG.
