That's not how things work though 😉

Had we won that match against Spurs, we could have easily bottled it today for example and Auba might not have even scored. Playing under pressure makes things 100 times harder.

But then what constitutes a 'chance'? Are all chances equal?

I'm not the one who decides how to calculate stats. It is not common to use chances, if that's your question.

As to your last question, I don't make up my decisions regarding that based on any of those stats. Ot was simply because Ricky seemed to say that once a player has the best conversion rate it was "end of discussion".

I wouldn’t just use that match. He missed sitters v Chelsea away, Wolves at home and last week to Brighton.

Spurs game springs to mind as it was last min v our arch rivals.

He's finished the season strongly, hope he can carry this form into the final.

I think the midfield is the biggest cause for concern this season, they don't protect the defence enough, don't dictate play well enough and not enough goals from midfield. After Laca the next highest scorers are Ramsey/Mkhi/Ozil with 6 goals.

Correct, the midfield this year was non existent.

Very harsh blaming Aubameyang and Lacazette, when every one knows they are the only threat.

Of course they could have scored more, but there are many areas to blame before them.

Seems a little under rated by fans, the media and other footballers. But I think if he scores 20+ again next season then he will be recognised. Can only imagine the damage he would do with Salah and Mane either side of him.
