"[The transfer] hadn't sunk in yet. I arrived for lunch on the first day, I’m eating there; Aubameyang arrives and sits next to me, speaking Portuguese with me, 'Tudo bem?', trying to communicate. "You see, the guy so good, humble. I was: 'Man, Aubameyang, who I saw on TV, came to talk to me!' "He's also a guy who gave me a lot of support at the club, trying to communicate with me. I have to thank everyone at the club. They're very nice people.

Sleazy bastard, campaigning for the captaincy vote.
Martinelli?
Auba glad-handing the new youngsters just to get votes, you hate to see it.
Can't wait for Tim Sherwood's hot take on how top strikers don't mingle with unproven teenagers in that way. If Tim ever saw a young player eating alone at his table he'd pull off his belt and beat him. It's the only way they'll learn to show respect.
Tactics Tim aka highest win percentagiest Spurs manager of all time has strict rules for his lunch hall. Only the most senior and selfish players are awarded a gilet to sit and eat with him
Aubameyang has scored as many as United in the last 16 games. 16. Keeping us relevant
Not a patch on Harry Kane
That one goal against a 'big' team has made him world class.
Nah, he needs to steal his team mates goal off the line and swear on his daughter's life before he reaches that level.
Tonight was the making of him. After 250 professional goals and winning the golden boot in two different countries he has finally scored on Old Trafford. This game must have felt like three points to him.
He will probably want out next season if there is an offer from a top side.
He still needs to do it against City and Chelsea. I remain cautious about declaring him world class
When we're in a Champions League final and he scores a genuine hattrick (left, right, head; no scoring all three with the same foot bullshit) against Barcelona or Real Madrid we can revisit this conversation.
Now you're just being silly.
Needs to be at least four goals.
What must he think of Emery?
Guess we will know if he likes any Emery hit jobs on twitter
I think he needs to add world cup glory, like maradona to be considered anywhere near true world class status.
We've been called a one man team a few times over the past decade but by comparison the likes of van Persie, Fabregas and Sanchez had an easy gig compared to Aubameyang. Quite literally living off scraps and still manages a goal a game. The only other player putting in comparable performances is the goalkeeper.
