Kane to receive no reprieve for his illegal head pump. What a privileged club Spurs are.

Wait. Kane has an illegal head pump?

Was his skull size deflating?

I'm actually not that fussed, Auba and Laca have the goals in thier favour, Mkhi, Iwobi and Ozil have form and unique skill sets in their favour. Pretty much all of them should be relatively fresh, especially in comparison to their jaded Spurs counterparts. Any 4 of those guys would be good.

Yeah I feel the same really. I mean if Laca, Ramsey or Ozil are on the bench then at least we've a bit of scope to change things.

I knew that mistake was too stupid not to be intentional.

I'm so impressed with him right now.

I think Ozil will be dropped for Xhaka in a 433. But we really must not play Lichsteiner.

I'd rather Lichtsteiner than Jenkinson.

You sure?

Iโ€™d play Jenkinson too - Lichtsteiner is done physically

#Deflategate

Didn't seem worthy of conventional description ๐Ÿ˜† The bloke is a bit strange

Has Jenkinson even played for the reserves this season? Heart says Jenko in his last NLD

bloody trippier. couldn't have waited 1 more game to drop that clanger. could've been the stuff of legends

I feel like we have the better right back. As good as Trippier's curling finish was, there's no beating this one:

I cannot believe none of the players went to get his chin up after that. He was visibly distraught,  and just a kid.

Wenger's shake of the head ๐Ÿ˜†

I'd like to see Mustafi at rb, with Sokratis and Koscielny at cb.

Jenkinson knows what the derby means to the fans and is actually able physically. Licht is neither. Easy choice.

Lichtsteiner despite having no legs is practically never responsible for goals at either end.

not sure if you're being sarky but that's not true at all!

To be fair hes very rarely thr main culprit at the back. Given his lack of legs it's a God dam miracle.

That's one of my pet peeves with Arsenal, for some reason we never seem to pick someone up when they feel like shit.

I suspect he will look at their most recent performances and put out our hardest working line up that can just get up and down, to tired them out, with the hope of picking them off in second half. Spurs are showing the wear and tear I predicted, only much later than expected. Time to finish them off. If they lose 3 straight today, I doubt they recover mentally.

Tottenham going with a back 5. I am really happy with our line-up, bench looks strong too. I am very confident about a result. Not been like this away against Tottenham for a long time.

OK, interesting lineup. I would have put Torreira in for Douzi and i dont like Mustafi at RB. Otherwise its OK i guess. We do actually have a really strong bench though.

Iโ€™m quietly confident. Iโ€™m less worried about Spurs than I am about us. Looked at a few numbers earlier. Spurs are the most predictable team in the league. Basically, they beat up bad teams quite consistently, but arenโ€™t really great against the top6. The question is what are we?

Emery has put himself up for serious criticism with that lineup.

No Ozil might be ok since he hasn't started much lately but no Auba and no Torreira?

How does Guendouzi start week in week out?

Which line-up would not attract criticism?

๐Ÿ˜†

Emery can do no good in some fans' eyes

Getting criticised for putting out a reasonable looking line-up(nothing weird or crazy), imagine if he'd gone 3 at the back, 2 fullbacks and players like Sissoko and Wanyama in CM ? This place would have probably exploded with anger

Interesting question, I don't think one such line-up exists at the moment. I was hoping for Mustafi at RB, but didn't think we'd see it. Ramsey and ร–zil rotating for the CAM spot is fine by me.

Which anything would not attract criticism from Gunner89?

What are the odds of us getting through this game without either Xhaka or Guendouzi making a howler?

I thought Guendouzi was one of our best players against Bournemouth, and significantly better than Torreira.

I also think Emery's tactics are pretty clear now: if he picks Lacazette then he wants Ramsey's running power and if he goes with Aubameyang then Ozil's link play is preferable. Starting both strikers might have left us too open.
