I don't think I can recall him trying to go outside his FB at all yesterday - he kept checking his forward run in the final 3rd and then coming infield.
The only time I recall him getting in behind was when working the overlap with Rambo. He's better when the ball is played behind the FB as he doesn't really have a choice, however every time he comes inside without the FB overlapping then all he's doing is making us narrow and failing to turn the defence.
I've read comments about his defensive effort but for mind it was more a case of the opposition being held up long enough for him to get back, rather than him busting a gut to get back in the first place, whereas Mkhi was getting back to provide the 1st line of defence in our defensive 3rd.
