Yes, it's hard not to be worried with these issues although we have definitely improved compared to last season.
Yeah, I think we have improved individually to some degree too.
It worries me that we don't have any real structures to fall back on though. That's how you establish a good average performance level. No one plays at peak level all of the time, or even most of the time. The players need to know that they don't have to score three goals in every game just because we're likely to concede twice. And they need to know that if they keep doing their job the chances will come. A lot of the roles seem unclear on the pitch, or they're shifting radically from week to week. Our first shot on target came from Torreira in the 70th minute today which is kinda insane at home against a newly promoted side.
