Can't say I've ever really followed the women, but good on 'em. Slightly bizarro world feeling reading Liew's match report describing Arsenal edging courageously past Barcelona in a Champions League final. Here's hoping the semi-final scrubs in the men's first team squad can take the heat they're going to get in the mixed training gym and convert it to motivation.

Burnwinter surely we go into next season as the most motivated we have ever been? We have so many doubters to prove wrong and Spurs win for the first time in 17 years which is like the icing on the fucking cake.

Get a striker, winger and others we need and let’s fucking dominate next season.

No club should be as hungry as us in August, no club.

There’s no Euros/World cup, we haven’t had a disaster end of the season losing in a final or losing the league on the last day. We have no baggage this time around. Only baggage/fear is what if we don’t win anything next year - but use that your advantage ffs

We should be fit, sharp, and ready to go.

It's a shame that the women's game has only grown in popularity so recently. If there was this much interest in 2005, I reckon there would have been a genuine case for them to take Highbury as their fixed home ground. Would have been lovely.

Certainly would have been lovely. I think though the club needed the money from the redevelopment to fund the new stadium build, so would have been unlikely. We were just about 5 years too early with the new stadium, and the tv money that rolled in around the time we moved.

Our midfield needs sorting out. They're all way too attacking and you can't be relying on 35yr old Kim Little anymore either.

This should have been addressed in the summer. Caldentey is not a CM stop playing her as 1. We need 2 6s but for now at least play Cooney-Cross.

Refereeing been less than optimal in that game. We were disallowed a clear goal, then scored one which looked offside, and disallowed another which was real close
