The shifting age thing was the result of Amazon insisting on controlling all the accounts, and rotating different employees through them.
Someone scraped a shit ton of the "Amazon FC Ambassador" tweets into a single text file here to use to train a chat bot. The bot's already been banned (lulz) but this is pretty amazing.
