Iran to Tel Aviv is a massive distance to travel so their ballistic missiles carry less explosives and aren't nuclear. If Iranians wanted to bomb nearby US bases and the shitty Gulf monarchies, the missiles would be carrying a lot more explosive material.

Even then, Iran's hypersonic missiles have been able to evade the 'iron dome' boondoggle and caused enormous amount of damage. Parts of Tel Aviv and Haifa look like 2004 Baghdad.

I don't think it's in anyone's interest to keep this going on for a long period. Iran can't deal with the cruise missiles launched from Iraq and it's a bad look for America's most deranged colony to lose its image as a high-tech fortress if its biggest cities get levelled after months of attritional warfare.

Mirth definitely true, the number of exile Iranians I know who talked about openly welcoming Israeli and American bombs as long as it meant getting rid of their government is probably enough to infiltrate all of it.

Number of Pahlavi Persians you see doing demos here every couple of weeks waving Israeli flags it's ridiculous, like Miami Cubans but 100x worse.

Israel and Iran are habitual line-steppers. trumps tweets about a ceasefire were cavalier and ill-conceived, but no surprises there

Israel and the United States have directly contravened international law and turned the UN Security Council into even more of a joke than they and their allies have made it since 9/11. No one should care about their diplomatic lines more than they do, say, Khomeini's, except for the insights provided into the next round of terror, civilian casualties and economic shocks.
