Hoping for minimal fatalities. Thoughts are with the families of thise on board.

Tragic loss of life with over 100 people dead in a series of explosions targetting Churches and hotels in Sri Lanka. Very sad news during what is supposed to be a time of happiness and worship during the Easter weekend. My condolences to all the families of those affected.

Thats a horrific tally and just disgusting. A dear one and several colleagues of mine were just at a hotel-based conference in Colombo two weeks ago. Heart goes out to those affected.
Anyone have an idea of any existing tensions between Muslim and Christian minority groups? Given that I haven't heard of conflict in the international press, I would assume this could have been the work of a foreign agent
