Yeap agree Ricky. Our training these days is a lot more on positioning and pattern of attacking play, especially down the wings for cutbacks for the strikers to finish. Chelsea totally didn't know how to deal with that right from our 2nd game where we really should have scored at least 5 by half time.

If you remember under Wenger we had this tendency to have one 'steady' FB and one attacking FB to keep the balance. Our wingplay generally followed that template and a lot of our attacks came down one flank. Sagna was a good continuation of the Lauren mold. That went out the window with the introduction of Bellerin. Monreal was supposed to be the balance but nothing else in the team adapted.
Not sure I agree with that. Wenger for many years let our full backs have the complete freedom to attack and we constantly get hit on the break by big teams as we are far too open resulting in big losses. The steady FB like Sagna wasn't by design anyway, it was just his playing style and he got caught out many many times anyway being too high up the pitch.
It was only after the season of 4 or 5 big away losses that Wenger became more conservative and try to keep more players back when our full backs pushes up.
