have a shit feeling about Liverpool in this tie already …
The way Messi turned Fabinho to evade him initially was such a thing of beauty.
Salah looking rampant, what a run
hectic and enjoyable start to the game being slowed down by an injury to Keita
I am struggling to see the path to competing with some of these teams. Skills, speed, physicality: there just isn't a dimension we can use to impose ourselves versus an elite team like this
GET INNN
Good on Suarez for a full-blooded celebration
This Liverpool team is seriously good, giving Barca plenty of problems.
By the way, watching these great midfielders Barca have and none of them is a patch on De Jong. He will be the best midfielder of this decade.
SUAREZZZZZZZZZZZZ
Le Biter breaks the deadlock
Hope it says this way, I can't see Barca not scoring at Anfield

De Jong is the long-awaited successor to Xavi. All of these guys are 31. He can't come quickly enough
Fucking hell that cross field ball from Messi

I don't think I have seen a more unique CM than him. He can pass like Xavi, turns and protect the ball like Busquets yet dribble through players like peak Yaya Toure. It's incredible.

thank you
Barcelona tread a really fine line defensively. Always look on the edge.

Early Pogba had a chance to have some of these attributes. Watch him in Juve even in his more advanced positions (which Ramsey will probably occupy) and you see such a refined and well-rounded player. He should've gone to City on his return to England. Nature was there, nurture failed him
I think I'd rather spend a day with Joey Barton than Suarez.
Milner laying into Messi a little late
Haha loving Luis Suarez in this match. Will Liverpool fans continue to worship him after this match? 😃
