Yep, the pain, the depression is part of supporting a football club.
Although neither LFC nor Spurs are flukes to get to the final.
It's been more exhausting reading this thread than the Spurs winning.
Anyway, I have my own pain to deal with, the Trump mafia.
As Klaus says, no identity, nowhere to go. Not with this organizational mess.

Despite what I've said, I have taken this better than I thought I would.

It's just made me realise that I don't like Arsenal, at least what they are and what they stand for, very much at all. And when that loves not there, it's hard not be a bit embarrassed by the hate for other teams.

There's a part of me that says good luck to them. I have little bit given up I think.

Fuck Spurs and fuck Liverpool. So what one of them flukes their way to a CL. So what we look like complete shit at the moment. Haha, fair do. What's so devastating is that these disappointments have more or less all occurred in the last couple of months. April was especially cruel.

How many nutmegs were there on ajax players for the last 2 goals. Feels like about 400. Any kind of nick or diversion during those passages of play and those goals are snuffed out. That's the point where you throw your hands up and admit it was meant to be

They out played Spurs for 135 minutes and then ran out of steam. Spurs brought on their big brutes and just bullied an exhausted team of midgets. Of course the ref helped by not giving any fouls on Ajax and then inventing extra time that should never have been.

Totally reminds me of Belgium vs Japan in the world cup.
