Watched the first half of Australia v Jordan. We (Aussies) were very one dimensional. The first touch on display was again awful. Jordan defended well and made a few chances. Luongo fell over trying to mark them for their goal, gifting a free header. Mat Ryan pulled off a superb save minutes alter to deny them a second. The Jordanians then predictably started time wasting and getting hurt a lot, which pisses me off no end, but still we had plenty of time, possession and chances to score, but didn't.
Injuries haven't helped but we don't have any goal scoring quality anywhere.
I think Iran, South Korea and Japan will be favourites for sure. Aussies will be lucky to get out of the group, and won't make the semi finals.
