Regardless they're possibly the worst club in England, possibly Europe when it comes to their transfer antics. They strung Fekir along and even made him pose for pictures until they decided they wanted to lower the fee after everything was agreed on, thankfully he seems to prove them wrong again and again this season. They kept tapping van Dijk up so blatantly that Southampton considered suing them, were then forced to release a grovelling apology and ended up paying through the nose 50% above Southamptons initial 50m they were looking for, fast forward a couple of months and suddenly Liverpool made a great deal 😆
€41m in 2015 is approx £29m so my figures are correct.
As for the Suarez situation, they did what was right for themselves. Never said they're not a bunch of dicks but it worked out great for them. While we were stuck with Giroud for a few more years whereas with Suarez would have won at least one PL trophy. I honestly couldn't give a flying fuck if we had to pay more to get him.
They've assembled an impressive squad in the past 3/4 years while we have gone backwards. You make it out as if Arsenal haven't dicked around clubs or players before. There are agents who won't even talk to us under Wenger & Gazidis because we've been known to agree deals before pulling out at the last minute. We are noway on the level as Liverpool as far as being cunts but I doubt the club or any of their fans give a shit about £20m extra considering the influence he has had.
