Pool sitting pretty. It’s important for them. After international break they will have 7 game run of Spurs, PSG, Southampton, Chelsea, Chelsea (league cup), Napoli, Manchester City in about 3 weeks. I hope they either fall apart and/or lose points from rotation

Bournemouth are a pretty decent team and yet most of their players wouldn’t look out of place in the Championship. Credit to Howe I guess.

I actually look at them and wish we would invest in AMs like them. It was great when we had Ljungberg and Pires terrorizing defenses witht their multiple threats. We don’t have enough of that. City has that in abundance. I’d be happy to sell half the team to fund two AMs like that

Yup, they have the perfect combination of technique and physicality, not just on an overall team level but also on an individual level.

Yeah, they’re on another level to everyone else in the league tachnically. That being said, it’s how hard they work and how well drilled they are that make them so good. They’re all so switched on to what they should be doing.

He is a very good player. Consistent 7/10. Instincts are almost always spot on offensively, great work rate and decent finisher.
