Like C.Ronaldo

How are these guys so good? They’re not just spirited. They play some decent stuff. Do they get lots of time together?

Can some African nations with no or few stars learn from their organisation? Only 300,000 people in the country.

Why? Doesn't he by logic embody everything that's good about footy?

It's probably Iceland's underdog status that helps. There are no stars. Just hard work and intelligent tactics.

I’m done with the African teams. Nothing to see here

Good call by the referee on the hand ball.

These lil homies got heart. What a satisfying 45 minutes.

Finnbogason is incredibly underrated. He played a season for my local club and drew high praise from Henrik Larsson. I think he was close to being the top scorer in Europe when he played for Heerenveen too.

He used to play for ManU and he loves himself a bit too much at times.

Ronaldo’s standing as a football great will be diminished because people are annoyed that he loves himself a bit much.

Bahaha. Halldorsson saved that penalty like a boss.

Great save. Keeps the game finely poised. Good for the neutral.

Ronaldo isn't some average footballer who wills himself to his performances. He is insanely talented. A lot of other footballers embody all that is good about football without having the same flair.

I'll have to see the rerun again, but the whole penalty looked like a filthy dive from Di Maria to me.
