One of those 'makes too much sense' signings. I actually saw a handful of samp games last season and i liked the compactness of their play, and torreira was a big part of that. A 3 of xhaka, ramsey, and torreira would be pretty good
He would be amazing. If we can’t get him we should look to Brazil. Arthur is turning heads as a B2B MF. Yerry Mina went to Barcelona - this generation of Brazilian youngsters looks supremely gifted.
Agreement between Arsenal & Sampdoria already in place for Lucas. Only issue complicating the deal is the high agent fee which is discussed. Arsenal want Deal before the start of World Cup. Release clause expires 30th June

Apparently Napoli are ahead of us in the negotiations.
GdS claiming that Napoli have cooled their interest as they think the player’s wage demands are too high.

Mina is Colombian. Agree about the rest though
Torreira would be a terrific addition. Adds some octane to our midfield and the type of player to make everyone around him play better
Sorry yes re: Yerry Mina - I guess i just remembered him as part of the contingent playing in the Brazilian league.
and barca are already trying to get rid of mina.
After five matches or something? Why?
maybe they don't think he's at their level after all or just doing barca shit.
Would love this to happen
Wilshere replacement?
Who is this outlet - ANSA? Reliable?
Calciomercato also saying that we are willing to pay the release clause and ahead of Napoli. OTOH looks like Leno’s off to Napoli - from the reviews on this forum, can’t say I mind.
Please happen. I'm fully invested now.
Hope we sign him but he looks an injury waiting to happen in the prem.
[Arena Napoli] Arsenal are in a better position compared to Dortmund and Napoli regarding Torreira, as they have the financial power and the player likes them very much.
Also they say the ANSA outlet is reliable and only publish verified info.

Why do you say that, Speedy? Any injury history he has carried from S.America?
Just looks like he's absolutely tiny and flying into 50:50's in the prem someone will go through him.
He's exactly as big as Kante.
