That stats are real but 4-5 hours on game isn't that much of a problem anyway. Most footballers play games during their freetime

Also 20 minutes is the average length of a match before there's a winner out of 100. I don't play Fortnite but it's not like you sit there and watch the match when you've died. That Tom douche has probably more than doubled Özil's playing time just by using that calculation.

I get the feeling from all these little breaks of sickness, injury issues, etc that Ozil is overly careful and wont play through any bit of pain or feeling less than 100%. Just a theory but thats how it looks to me.

Ozil has been used to walking around on the pitch doing fuck all for years under the ex manager who indulged his lackadaisical attitude, and is struggling to adapt to Emery's strict, demanding approach. That's all there's to it. All other theories are nonsense.

I genuinely can't think of a season where Özil wasn't one of our 4-5 best players. It's one thing to expect more of him considering how talented he is, but this rewriting of history that is going on is shocking.

I wish Ozil was more consistent. Despite his inconsistencies though, isn't he still the most creative player in England over the last 5 seasons, statistically at least? Also, thereby, one of the most creative players in Europe?

He joined and we ended our trophy drought. Won 3 Cups in 4 seasons. We should have had atleast a League title too, if the manager had given him more support.

We led the League in his first season here for most part but signed Kallstrom in the January window and then signed Welbeck and Flamini. We were neck to neck with Leicester City, and decided we didn't need to do anything in the window.

Ozil isn't a natural in this physical League in my opinion but he has been an enabler for Arsenal in however well we have done.
