I'd argue we didn't use him well enough and he joined at a time when our service is crap. Look at the goals he score at Lyon and we don't even play him in that way. Don't forget when he first joined everyone is surprised how good his all round play is, everyone thought he was a pure poacher.
If we sold him last year say for 50m and broke even, a lot of people would be upset.
Out of Lukaku, Morata and him in the same window we got the most value out of the big money strikers. But now he is declining, we need to act fast and get in the next top striker before they explode. Halaand for 18m? release clause would be an unbelievable deal if we are of his interests. People like Osimhen and other young exploding strikers need to be on our radar. We must not just sit on Auba Martinelli and Nketiah. That's how you provide competition and a far increasing value squad.
